| I was visiting family in my hometown of Oakville during Augutst having driven down from Thunder Bay. Misfortune hit my vehicle when a wheel bearing went very close to the Urban Automotive garage. The manager there got my truck in first thing and called me with a thorough review of my vehicle's needs and quote. It turned out that I had a tie rod end that also needed work. Because the vehicle was down anyway I took advantage of the opportunity to replace two tires and get an oil change as well. The quote was also e-mailed to me so I could examine it. A day later the work was done ... on time and on quote ... and I was able to leave on schedule for my return trip feeling safe about the drive and good about how I was treated. To my family and friends ... this is a great community garage. |

| Mike Urban is the man! It's so hard to find someone to trust in any business these days. I can't even get a drive-thru order that looks like what I asked for anymore. So I was lucky that I moved across the street from UA and found Mike and his boys. Mike is honest and his word means something to him. He and his boys do quality work and have never fallen outside of the quote I was given. As long as Mike Urban stays where he is, I will be getting my car serviced and/or fixed by him! Plus he's hooked up to this computer business which clearly appeals to most people these days! Thanks for the years of service and friendship Mike - you're a good man. |

| Mike and crew did a great job ensuring that my sons's "new to him" car was roadworthy for the trip from Oakville to Banff. Mike was honest, dependable and went the extra mile to diagnose an issue which saved us a lot of money in the end. Both son and car are now in Banff safe and sound. |
